If your project requires a vast amount of participant category codes we recommend importing an Excel file containing the codes
The codes must be imported from an Excel file.
The codes must be on the first sheet.
The codes must be in the first column.
The column must not have a column header as this will count as a code.
An example Excel file with the correct formatting:
USE AN EXCEL SHEET AS PARTICIPANT CATEGORY CODES
Step 1:
In the participant category, select "Yes, requires code" and then "Excel file". Click Import codes:
Step 2:
Make sure to carefully read the Excel file validation rules and upload your file:
Step 3:
Upload complete
After uploading an Excel file, you can at any time download it again to view which codes are valid for the participant category.
