A new Invoice email address field has been added to the customer card, allowing it to be selected as a recipient when creating invoice specifications and invoices. Multiple recipients can be added by separating email addresses with a comma or semicolon.

The external field was previously locked when values were entered in the custom fields. Now, the value always comes from the custom field (office) instead of the answer (project).

We’ve added a new feature that lets Project managers save internal remarks for products in Offer Admin. This makes it easier to keep track of important details—like supplier information or internal notes—while ensuring colleagues can access the same information when viewing an offer.

It's super quick to add remarks to as many products needed from one place thanks to the new slide-in window in Offer admin. This is the fastest way. Project managers also have the option to add product internal remarks in full product edit mode.

We’ve given pop-up notifications (these provide warnings or inform you of actions or errors in Qondor) a fresh new look, making them easier to read and less distracting. With a softer background, modern design, and clear close buttons, they are more visible without disrupting your workflow.
