HOW TO USE THE CONTACT LIST
The Contact List provides an overview of all registered contact persons associated with customers and suppliers in Qondor. You can search, filter and sort the data to find the right contact quickly.
Searching for a contact
1️⃣ Enter search criteria
In the Contact field, type an email, first name or last name.
In the Job title field, type a job title if applicable.
Use the Customer/Supplier field to search by company name.
2️⃣ Filter by type and office
Contact type: Select between "Customer" or "Supplier" contacts.
Office: Choose an office to narrow results to a specific Office.
3️⃣ Click "SEARCH" to apply your filters. Click "RESET" to clear all fields.
Contacts list columns
Each row in the list represents a contact. Here’s what each column means:
First Name & Last Name – The contact's name.
Job Title – Their role within the company.
Email – The contact’s email address.
Phone – The contact’s phone number (if available).
Contact Type – Whether the contact is linked to a customer or supplier.
Customer/Supplier – The customer(s)/supplier(s) the contact is associated with.
💡 PRO TIP: Click on a column header to sort contacts alphabetically or numerically.
Exporting contacts
If you need a list of contacts outside Qondor, click "EXPORT TO EXCEL" to download the data in a spreadsheet format. When exporting, the current search filter is used.
TROUBLESHOOTING & FAQs
❓ I can’t find a contact I’m looking for.
✔️ Try adjusting the search filters or removing specific criteria.
❓ Some contacts have missing email or phone numbers.
✔️ This information may not have been added. Edit the contact details in the relevant customer or supplier profile.
❓ I need to add a new contact.
✔️ Contacts are added through the customer or supplier profile, not directly from this list.
