The end of the year is a natural moment for reflection, and we invite you to take a look back with us!

2025 brought a range of updates across Qondor. This article brings together some of the most requested features and other key updates from the year, offering a simple way to catch up on what’s changed across the platform, along with a glimpse of what’s coming next.

Highlights:

✨Sustainability Reporting built directly into Qondor.

✨Clearer client value in offers with Savings and Commission tracking.

✨Faster, more transparent offer handling for mandatory products.

✨Improved deposit handling for more flexible invoicing.

SUSTAINABILITY REPORTING

In 2025, we introduced Sustainability Reporting in Qondor, bringing trusted emissions data directly into your event workflows so you can report on the environmental impact of events, stay ahead of CSRD requirements, and share clear, client-ready sustainability reports. Being able to report on emissions directly within a Qondor project means no extra tools or complex setup. Everything happens in the workflow teams already know and work with every day.

Over the year, our product team continued to improve Sustainability Reporting, adding practical features and strengthening accuracy, transparency, and usability. These include:

  • The ability to apply your own brand to Sustainability reports makes them feel like a natural extension of your company’s client communication, rather than a generic export.

  • Sustainability settings are included when copying an existing project or creating one from a template, helping teams save time and apply reporting consistently across events.

  • Reports now include clearer breakdowns of what emissions are based on, more precise food and beverage calculations using meal types, and flexible data input from offers or supplier-provided data. Support for additional emissions methodologies and multiple report languages further improved credibility and client-facing use across markets.

🎆What to look out for in 2026

We’re working on a new dashboard with the option to export yearly reports. This will help your business to meet CSRD requirements by giving them an annual report on emissions based on events. It ensures compliance while providing transparency for improving sustainability performance over time.

Qondor now gives you and your team the visibility and structure you need to manage one of your most important income streams - commissions.

  • When all products are mandatory, customers can accept terms and send their reply in one step.

  • Offer Admin includes clearer indicators and bulk editing options for mandatory settings.

Clearer deposit overviews and adding multiple deposit lines got easier.

We upgraded Qondor’s deposit functionality to make customer invoicing efficient and more flexible.
