Enable your own branding on your Sustainability reports, so you can share professional, polished reports that reflect your company’s visual profile. By applying your logo, font, and colours, the report feels like a natural part of your documentation when you share it with customers.

To enable your own design on Sustainability reports, Superusers can contact Qondor support via email or chat, and we will activate this option for your office.

Office Admins and Super Admins will then be able to configure the design from Office settings.

1. Go to Settings --> Office and click on the "Sustainability reporting" button in the top right corner.

2. This opens a page with all settings for the Sustainability report. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the customization section to add your own
design and branding.

Here, you can:

• Upload your company logo
• Choose a font that matches your brand
• Set your Primary colour

The primary colour is your brand colour in the Sustainability report. It is used for key visual elements, including:

• Headings
• Key sustainability figures
• Icons
• The progress bar

This helps important information stand out while still matching your company’s visual
profile.

The Sustainability report will use your enabled design, including your logo, font and Primary colour, instead of the default Qondor design.

• The Qondor marketing banner at the end of the report is removed.
• All data, calculations and methodology stay the same – only the visual presentation changes.
