How to Filter Your Data

Using filters helps you quickly narrow down large datasets to find exactly what you need.

Which filters are available?

There are several filters available in the left-hand sidebar, which you can apply to narrow down the data. These filters are shared between the two pages, so your selection is remembered when you switch between them.

  • 'Office' — View data for specific office locations.

  • 'Project category' — Sort by the type of project (e.g., Conference, Incentive).

  • 'Team' — Filter by specific teams.

  • 'Customer category' — View data per customer category.

  • 'Customer' — Narrow the data down to a specific customer.

  • 'Year, month' — Filter based on a specific timeframe.

  • 'Status' — View projects based on the current status of the customer.

  • 'Estimated sales/revenue currency' — Filter the financial data by your preferred currency.

💡All filters support multi-select, allowing you to choose one or more values at the same time. Just hold Ctrl (Windows) or Cmd (Mac) while making your selection.

For example, you can select several customers to make comparisons:

Filtering within the table

For more granular control, you can filter directly within the data table itself.

  1. Select a row

Click on any row in the table to open the filter panel on the right-hand side.

  2. Explore the data

Use this panel to 'drill into' the specifics for that selected row. This allows you to inspect a specific project's breakdown without changing your main filter settings.

💡Tip: This is especially useful for a quick inspection of a single project without losing your current view.

Good to Know

  • Combine and conquer — You can combine multiple filters to answer specific questions, such as: 'Which of Customer X's confirmed projects this year have the highest CO2e per attendee?'

  • Automated data — Everything you see is pulled directly from your delivered sustainability reports and offer data in Qondor. There is no manual input required.
