WHAT ARE MERGE TAGS
❔A merge tag is a placeholder you can insert into Project templates, Offers, Forms, Programs, Text templates and email/SMS communication in Qondor to display specific information. While these merge tags appear as text between square brackets in Qondor, ⬇️
they are automatically replaced with the relevant data (such as Office, Project information, Customer or Participant details) when viewed by the end recipient.
A specific example could be the customer or the participant's name. The highlighted texts displayed in the screenshot below show where merge tags have been added.⬇️
📌Update: Date merge tags in offer emails, offer pages and participant forms are displayed in the enabled language with months displayed in full. For example "26. januar 2026" in Norwegian and "26 January 2026" in English. This replaces the previous compact English-only format as shown in the screenshots (e.g. "26Jan22").
