If your customers are currently required to log in with a username and password to access offers in Qondor, this can be changed.

By enabling Automatic Login (login-free access), customers can open their offer directly from the email link — without creating a password or logging in.

This setup creates a smoother customer journey and reduces friction in the sales process.

How it works for your customer

When login-free access is enabled:

  1. The customer receives the offer link via email as usual.

  2. When they click the link, they are automatically logged in.

No username or password is required.

3. They are directed straight to Customer Web, where they can view and respond to the offer.

How to Enable Login-Free Access

Automatic Login must be activated for your office.

To enable this setting:

  1. A Superuser or Super Admin must contact support@qondor.com

  2. Qondor Support will activate Automatic Login for your office.

Please note:

  • This is an office-wide setting

  • It applies to all projects

  • It applies to all contact persons

  • The login page will be removed for all offers

Important Considerations

Before enabling login-free access, please review the following:

  • Anyone With the Link Can Access the Offer

The offer link is not exclusive to the recipient. Because no password is required, anyone who has the link can view and respond to the offer.

For this reason, login-free access may not be suitable if strict access control is required.

  • Lists Cannot Be Shared on the Customer Web

When Automatic Login is enabled, Lists cannot be shared on Customer Web (as a menu item in the Offer).

This restriction exists for security reasons, since removing the password reduces access protection.

  • Previously Sent Offers

If you have already sent offers using the username and password setup those links will continue to work after enabling login-free access.

  • If Login-Free Access Is Disabled Later

If login-free access has been used and Customer Web links have already been sent:

    • Those links will become invalid if Automatic Login is disabled.

    • Offers must be sent again so customers can:

      • Access the new link

      • Create a password during first login

Alternatively, customers can use “Reset password” in Customer Web to create a password.

How to Revoke a Login-Free Link

If you need to remove access to a login-free offer, you have two options:

Option 1: Unpublish the Offer (Recommended)

If you no longer want anyone to access the offer, you can simply set the offer to Unpublished.

Once unpublished, the link will no longer give access to the offer.

This is the quickest way to remove access.

Option 2: Regenerate the Customer Link

If you need to invalidate a specific customer link while keeping the offer published:

  1. Remove the customer contact person from the project.

  2. Save the Project settings.

  3. Add the contact person again.

The previously sent link will then stop working.

💡 Tip for Project Managers

It is always recommended to test your offer the same way your customer will experience it.
