AUTOCOMPLETE COMPANY BILLING ADDRESS
Empower Qondor Forms with auto completion of company billing information for the booker. Organisation number, Company name and Country will be prefilled when selecting a search result. This means:
The Project manager don't need to validate organisation numbers before issuing invoice specifications.
Bookers will be able to complete their registrations faster with verified data in the Company name, Country and Organisation number fields.
Qondor uses the Peppol directory (Available in EU) to retrieve this information.
HOW IT WORKS FOR BOOKERS
Under Billing address on the Summary step, bookers can search for a company name or organisation number:
After selecting a company from the search, the following fields will be auto completed and locked:
Company (name)
Country
Organisation number
HOW TO ENABLE AUTOCOMPLETE ON A FORM
Autocomplete company information must be enabled per project or project template in Form builder - Payment:

Search behaviour:
User types a company name or organisation number in the billing address form.
Qondor forwards the search query directly to the Peppol Directory API.
The Peppol Directory returns matching participants from its global registry.
Results are displayed to the user for selection.
Important notes:
Qondor does not apply any country or scheme filtering, the search queries the entire Peppol network.
Search results include companies from all countries registered in Peppol.
The Peppol Directory determines which participants match the search term.
Maximum 10 results are returned per search.
