June 2026
Qondor Release - June 16-19, 2026
Stop chasing missing commission
Tired of asking project managers "did you mean to leave this product without commission, or did you just forget?" — that ambiguity is gone. Turn on Enforce commissions in the office Modules tab and every product now needs an explicit answer.
Project managers see a new "Is this product commissionable?" Yes/No question on the product Full Edit page. Until they pick one, the product can't be saved.
Unresolved products can't be invoiced, and are flagged with a warning icon in Offer Admin — so you can spot them at a glance.
Set initial rates in your foreign currency
Setting up Savings with a foreign in-price used to mean reaching for a calculator for every product — converting the initial rate by hand each time. Now you enter the initial rate directly in your foreign currency on standard, transport and accommodation products, and the project-currency value is calculated for you and kept locked to the offer's exchange rate.
Tip: Enter the foreign rate next to the in-price on standard and transport products, or per night on accommodation rooms.

Minor improvements and bug fixes
In the new time tracking module for logging project hours, the time report now loads much faster on large data sets. Project totals are shown first, while detailed breakdowns by service category, role and user appear when you expand a row.
Qondor Release - June 9-12, 2026
Enforce zero cost on products
Some products have no supplier or internal cost behind them — you're billing the customer, with nothing flowing the other way. "Enforce zero cost" lets you say exactly that: switch it on for a product and its in price is locked to zero, so the cost and margin can never drift away from what you intended. Where a foreign currency is in play, the out price is taken straight from the foreign price rather than worked back from a cost.
Switch the capability on for your office, then apply it product by product wherever a zero cost is the right answer.
Tip: turn it on in your office settings under General → Miscellaneous, then use "Enforce zero cost" on individual products.
Where to find it
In Offer Admin, right-clicking a main product row reveals Enforce zero cost (or Remove zero cost enforcement when already on); selecting it flips the product's pricing behaviour immediately and shows a confirmation message.
A small icon on the row marks products that already have zero cost enforced, so an offer admin can spot flagged products at a glance without opening each one.
The form builder's product pricing sidebar shows the same Enforce zero cost checkbox. The foreign-currency label flips the same way as on the full product edit screen.
Manage your articles straight from the API
Keeping your pricing articles in step with another system used to mean contacting support to have each one updated. Now you can create, read, update and delete articles directly through the Qondor API — so your pricing catalogue can stay in sync with your own systems automatically.
An article's number, name and VAT rates are fixed once it's created; everything else stays editable.
Minor improvements and bug fixes
When an integration fails to push an invoice, you now get a plain-language explanation of what went wrong — and you can retry it yourself without raising a support ticket.
The top menu dropdowns are now fully keyboard-navigable and friendly to screen readers.
Qondor Release - June 2-5, 2026
Minor improvements and bug fixes
Fixed a rare bug where submitting the same booking invoice from two browser tabs could create a duplicate invoice with a zero amount.
May 2026
Qondor Release - May 26-29, 2026
Tracking tasks on a customer just got faster
View and manage tasks from the customer's activity tab
No more creating tasks in the task list and as a separate customer note. All tasks linked to a customer now appear alongside notes, calls and meetings. You can also set tasks to completed right from the list.
A hide-completed toggle has been added to keep the view focused on what still needs attention.
Spot customers with pending tasks from the customer list
A purple task button has been added to the customer row and is visible if a customer has pending tasks. This makes it easy to spot and access related tasks right from the customer list.
Click the purple button to jump straight into the customer's activity tab. Filtered on tasks, this makes it easier to plan your follow-ups for the day.
Create activities from anywhere on the customer page
Adding a new activity can now be added from any tab, general or activity. So logging a call, note or task is always one click away.
Dates are now displayed in full and in the enabled language
Date merge tags in offer emails, offer pages and participant forms now display dates in full and in the respective module's language.
For example, “26. januar 2022” in Norwegian, “26 January 2022” in English, replacing the old English-only compact format: “26Jan22”.
Minor improvements and bug fixes
When participants add a Program page to their iOS home screen, the shortcut now uses the Program logo instead of a generic icon.
Super admins can now trigger password resets for developer-portal API users directly from AdminWeb, delivered through Qondor's own email pipeline instead of Azure's.

Fixed the cursor jumping in the HTML editor when inserting links.
Qondor Release - May 19-22, 2026
Commissions, Savings and Fees now included in the Offer admin Excel export
You can now see Commissions, Savings and Fees directly in your Excel export from Offer admin, giving you a complete financial picture in one place, without needing to cross-reference multiple sources.
To accommodate the new data, the export has been restructured. Previously, each row represented a single price line. Since Commissions, Savings and Fees live at the product level (not the price line level), we've reorganised the layout so product-level data — including shared fields like "Published on offer" — now sits on the product row.
Because many of you have built reports, automations and workflows on top of this file, the new format is behind a feature toggle. That means you can try it out on a single project first, validate it against your existing setup, and roll it out on your own timeline.
Want to try it before the general rollout? Contact Qondor Support to get it enabled on a project. The new design will be available for everyone in early June.
Minor improvements and bug fixes
Fixed merge tags in Terms and conditions not being replaced in the Booking confirmation PDF — placeholders now resolve correctly.
Fixed out price not recalculating when changing the in price on offer rows created from a template without prices.
Expanded the
BookingConfirmedV1webhook payload with full booker, participant and billing address data — integrations no longer need follow-up API calls to enrich the event.
Qondor Release - May 12-15, 2026
Duplicate activity in the programme editor
You can now duplicate activities in the programme editor — hover over an activity row and click the copy icon to insert an identical copy directly below it.
Perfect for programmes with repeating sessions like breakfasts, lunches, or parallel tracks.
Minor improvements and bug fixes
Added support for Colombian Peso (COP) and Barbados Dollar (BBD) as project currencies.
Added IATA airport code RJL (Logroño–Agoncillo, Spain) for use in sustainability reporting.
Fixed an issue where TOMS article prices were not correctly recalculated when the in-price was changed.
Fixed an API error when copying a project with an empty project manager username.
Fixed the bulk edit and bulk delete buttons being cut off on narrower screens in the offers admin.
April 2026
Qondor Release - April 28-30, 2026
Faster deposit handling on new offer invoices
Creating deposit lines on offer invoices is now quicker and easier with the new deposit calculator 🚀 Select the products you want to include, choose a percentage, and set the VAT basis. Qondor calculates the amount and creates the deposit line for you — ready to use.
Working with mixed VAT rates? You can split the deposit by VAT article, and Qondor will create one correctly labelled deposit line per article.
You can also filter by supplier or product category, and reduce previously invoiced deposits from the same view, giving you a smoother way to manage deposits directly from the offer invoice.
More reliable margin data in Offer Admin
We’ve fixed an issue where products with no out price could unintentionally be changed to 0% margin when editing the VAT article, bulk editing, or updating the unit in price.
Qondor now keeps the difference between no out price and 0% margin intact throughout these edit flows, helping you trust that your revenue and margin figures reflect the actual setup.
Minor improvements and bug fixes
Office Admin users can now open and manage Sustainability reporting design settings directly, without needing a Super Admin.
Currency and language dropdowns in AdminWeb are now sorted alphabetically, so pressing "E" in a currency list lands on EUR as expected.
Improved public API portal field descriptions for Sale, Cost, and Invoice endpoints — typos fixed and amount fields now correctly state they are in project currency.
Qondor Release - April 21-24, 2026
Minor improvements and bug fixes
Ticket numbers are now shown in the ticket tab on transport products in AdminWeb, making it easier to identify individual tickets when managing group travel.
Fixed an issue where tasks belonging to template projects appeared in the task list but could not be edited or saved.
Fixed a validation error that incorrectly rejected accommodation bookings when participants shared fractional room allocations (e.g. three participants each booking a third of a triple room).
API 404 responses now specify which entity type was not found, making it easier for API consumers to diagnose issues.
Qondor Release - April 14-17, 2026
Unscheduled tasks are now visible in the sidebar
Tasks without a due date are now shown in a new “Unscheduled” section in the task sidebar. Previously, these tasks were only visible in the full Task list, making them harder to spot - especially when creating a project from a template with predefined tasks without a due date.
The sidebar now provides a quick overview of all tasks, with or without a due date.
Czech language support
Qondor now fully supports Czech (Čeština) across the entire participant and customer journey - from registration and payment to emails and confirmations. This means you can run events for Czech-speaking audiences without language barriers, making it easier for participants to complete registration and removing the need for manual workarounds.
All standard text is pre-translated; you only need to translate your own custom content such as product names and descriptions.
March 2026
Qondor Release - March 24-27, 2026
Customer API activities
You can now pull customer activities such as notes, calls and meetings directly from the Customer API. This makes it easier to build reporting and dashboards around adviser follow-up without relying on AdminWeb.
Each activity includes the key context needed to understand what happened and when, giving customers a clearer view of ongoing customer work in their own integrations.
More IATA location codes
We've added 18 more IATA codes, including train stations and airports, so it's easier to find the locations you need when creating projects, segments and offers. This reduces failed ticket or product creation caused by missing codes and removes the need for manual workarounds.
Tripletex
Fixed an issue where unbooked supplier invoices from Tripletex were incorrectly synced to project costs in Qondor, causing cost discrepancies and incorrect paid statuses.
Qondor Release - March 17-20, 2026
Improved clarity in “Tasks due today” emails
The “Tasks due today” email sent on Fridays now reflects that it also includes tasks due over the weekend. The subject line and heading have been updated to “Tasks due today and this weekend.”
A due date column has also been added to the task list in the email, making it easier to see exactly when each task is due without opening Qondor.
Text templates
Fixed scrolling and navigation issues in the Text template storage interface, making buttons always visible and easier to use.
API
Participant category selected during registration is now available through the Participant v1 API. This makes it easier for partners and integrations to access the information needed to for example generate correct badges and support efficient on-site check-in.
Qondor Release - March 3-5, 2026
Minor improvements & bug fixes
Fixed an issue where the Templates button in the email editor wasn't working on list pages.
Fixed an issue where navigating to the Home page from Edit customer would show incorrect tab content.
If your office issues invoices from Qondor, the CSV export from Invoice search now includes a "Created by" column showing the full name of the user who created each invoice.
February 2026
Qondor Release - February 24-27, 2026
Duplicate offer
Creating a new version of an existing offer used to mean rebuilding it from scratch. Now you can duplicate a complete offer within the same project in one click.
Everything carries over - all product lines, groups, settings, terms and conditions, and exchange rates - so you can start editing immediately.
Find it in the action menu on any offer, either from Project Details or Offer Admin.
Qondor Release - February 17-20, 2026
Quick Search
Finding projects is now significantly faster. The search dialog (Alt+F) opens ready to go with your 5 most recently visited projects shown immediately. Multi-word search lets you type just a few letters from different words to quickly narrow down results (e.g. "annual conf" finds "Annual Conference 2025"). Each result now displays the coloured project status badge, so you can instantly tell whether a project is Pending, Confirmed, Finished, or Cancelled — without opening it.
Qondor Release - February 10–13, 2026
Bug fixes
Fortnox integration: Fixed a bug where payments to Turkiye failed. Read more about the Fortnox and Qondor integration in our help center.
IATA Locations: Added 118 new location codes.
Qondor Release - February 3–5, 2026
Suppliers
Added the ability to export all suppliers to Excel. Previously, exporting supplier data required contacting Qondor support. Now, users with Project Manager access or higher can export the full supplier list directly from the supplier management page. The export includes all supplier fields.
Check-in
A new administration page has been added to AdminWeb that allows PMs to manage check-in clerks. The page is accessible from Participants → Check-in clerks. The menu item is only visible for projects that have check-in enabled and can be used by anyone with access to the project.
Bug fixes
Booking summary: fixed text bug the payment overview header.
January 2026
Qondor Release - January 20–24, 2026
This release includes a mix of small improvements and updates across Office admin, the Invoice API and Lists, giving you more control over branding, better support for invoicing workflows and a smoother overall experience.
Office admin
The Design tab is now available for Super Admin users, allowing you to update your office’s logos and colors directly whenever you need. This gives you more flexibility and control over your office’s appearance, without needing to contact support. A help center article is available to guide you through using the Design tab.
Invoice API - New Operation: Set As Unprocessed
You can now reset an invoice’s processing status using the new “Set As Unprocessed” endpoint. This allows external systems to reprocess invoices that were previously marked as processed - helpful if you need to correct data, recover from ERP sync issues, or handle manual overrides. After resetting, the invoice will reappear in the list of unprocessed invoices, making it easy to fetch and process again.
Invoice API - Get Invoice - PeppolId
Added a new peppolId field to support e-invoicing requirements. This field is only visible for booking addresses companies selected via Peppol lookup.
Lists
Excel export now works even when the sheet name is longer than 31 characters — since Microsoft Excel only allows sheet names up to 31 characters, longer names are automatically shortened during export.
IATA Locations
Updated location names for 4 Kazakhstan airports: Astana (NQZ), Baikonur (BXY), Karaganda (KGF), and Uralsk (URA).
Qondor Release - January 13–17, 2026
