WHAT IS QONDOR BI?
Qondor Business Intelligence (Qondor BI) brings together the key numbers from your offers and projects so you can understand how your business is performing. It helps you keep track of activity, monitor sales, follow customer trends and see how your team is working.
All numbers inputted into your offers will be aggregated and available in Qondor BI to analyse.
WHAT KIND OF INSIGHTS DOES IT PROVIDE?
Qondor BI includes dashboards covering:
Project activity and Project details
How many projects are created and started to keep track of what's happening.
Project details include: budget, confirmed, invoiced numbers and other key data.
Weekly performance.
A quick view of created, confirmed and started projects from the previous week and each week.
Sales insights and Customer insights.
Showing Estimated Sales and Revenue per month and the cumulative totals throughout the year, and draw comparisons.
View Estimated sales, Revenue, hit-rate and other key metrics per customer.

HOW YOU CAN USE THE INSIGHTS
Qondor BI can help you answer practical questions such as:
When do customers usually book their events or travel programmes?
Which customers bring in the most revenue?
Which months are busiest for our team?
Where do our events and trips typically take place?
Why do some projects not get confirmed?
Which destinations are increasing in popularity?
How far in advance do customers tend to confirm projects?
When does revenue from participant registrations usually come in?
Which suppliers (hotels, venues, DMCs) contribute the most to recognised revenue?
Which types of events generate the highest hit-rate or sales?
These insights can help you make more informed business decisions, spot trends early and understand where to focus your time and resources.
