FRONT PAGE
The front page gives you a quick snapshot of what’s happening in your office right now, including upcoming projects, newly created projects, and how project volumes compare month-by-month across the years. It’s designed to help you easily spot activity, trends, and anything that may need your attention at a glance.
WEEKLY PERFORMANCE
Weekly performance shows created, confirmed and started projects for the previous week, and you can see what has happened each week as well. This chart only shows projects that starts this year.
Note:
The created date comes from the "registered date" in project settings.
Confirmed year - the first date the project was set to "confirmed"
Start year - from the start date in Project settings.
SALES
The Sales dashboard provides Estimated Sales and Revenue per month and cumulated during a year.
Tip: You can even compare to previous years by selecting in the filter menu, just hold CTRL while clicking to multi-select.
CUSTOMERS
The Customers dashboard gives you insights into your customers, providing Estimated sales and Revenue data per customer, as well as hit-rate and other key metrics per customer.
PROJECTS
The Project dashboard provides all details per project, including budget numbers, confirmed numbers and invoiced numbers as well.
You can also view project currencies and filter on currencies.
Commissions numbers are also available as of December 2025, if you have this feature activated in your office. (See the second video.)
COMMISSIONS NUMBERS
FORMS
The Forms page shows the value of all bookings/registrations by month, and can be used to see when revenue comes in.
This dashboard is particularly useful if you want to see the timeline of ticket sales and more.
PM AND TEAMS
PM and Teams insights shows the productivity of your team and can be used to drive best practices.
SUPPLIERS
If you have the Suppliers module activated in your office, then you will also have access to see supplier insights.
DESTINATIONS
Destinations shows selected numbers and insights per Project Location. Quickly see hit rate, sales and margins per location to compare performance and identify trends—such as which locations are more profitable.
LEAD AND PLANNING TIMES
Lead and planning times shows development in lead time and planning time.
Lead time – number of days from when a project is created to when it’s confirmed.
Planning time – number of days from when the project is confirmed to the project’s start date
You’ll also see the average time (in days) it takes to send the first offer, helping you evaluate how quickly projects move from creation to sent offer.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations provides insights into why your customers may not be going ahead with your services, and helps you tune your offering.
CATEGORIES AND LEAD FROM
Categories and Lead from gives you a breakdown of where your business comes from. Track the volume (total projects) and value (estimated sales) of projects by lead source and project category to better understand which channels and offerings drive your business forward. The view features pie charts to help you visualise the data at a glance.
In the example below, most projects come from email leads.
CONTACT PERSONS
Contact persons shows all contacts with e-mail addresses (and telephone numbers if registered) that are registered on a project for a given time. This can be used to export into other systems for information or marketing purposes.
Along with their contact details, you can also view the customer number and customer name which the contact person is assigned to, along with how many projects they are registered on, and how many of those are: Pending (P), Confirmed (C), Finished (F) and Cancelled (X).
