Why are price plans changing and when?
Our previous pricing model was outdated and no longer matched our market. Our new model reflects the value Qondor generates and the flexibility the market requires for a secure, scalable, and continually improving platform.
The new price plans take effect from January 2026.
Why now?
This update aligns Qondor with a simplified, future-ready plan structure. We also want to ensure we provide plenty of notice, giving you time to plan and budget before January 2026.
Is this applied to all customers?
Yes. All Qondor customers are being moved to the new plans to ensure fairness and predictability for everyone.
Your plan and access
Will I lose access to anything?
No, everything you use today is reflected in your new plan. The new structure simply ensures your plan reflects current functionality and future improvements.
Pricing and value
Will prices keep increasing every year?
We aim for predictable, moderate adjustments. Any future changes will be communicated well in advance and applied consistently to all customers.
What if I don’t see enough value to justify a higher price?
We want you to feel confident that the Qondor platform delivers strong value. You’ll keep all your current functionality. The new plan ensures you benefit from continuous improvements and updates to the features in your price plan. The new price starts January 2026, giving you time to plan.
We haven’t asked for more features, why pay more?
We understand. Sometimes it feels like changes are pushed without request. This is part of a company-wide move to simplified, future-ready plans. Even if you don’t use new features immediately, they are included and ready when you need them. You’ll always be on the most up-to-date package without renegotiation. The new plans ensure we can keep delivering the reliability and quality performance you depend on every day.
Our budgets are already tight.
We completely understand. Rest assured, this adjustment is moderate and won’t take effect until January 2026.

Competitor X is cheaper.
We hear you. Price comparisons are natural. Different platforms often price differently. However, many of our customers find that while some alternatives look cheaper up front, they don’t deliver the same ROI, compliance, and scalability long-term. With us, you’re investing in a platform that will continue to evolve with your needs.
Contracts and billing
We have a contract and expected stable pricing.
We understand that expectation. Our agreement allows for annual adjustments, though we apply them carefully. This adjustment is consistent across all customers, ensuring fairness and enabling us to keep investing in the platform. Your new price only applies from January 2026, giving you predictability of costs.
We need more than 250 attending participants per project included.
We understand. On average, our customers have around 150 participants per Form project, and only a small percentage (15%) of projects have more than 250, which is why the limit is set at 250.
Managing larger events in the platform delivers significantly higher value, and that’s where the additional fee applies.
Comparisons and feedback
How does this compare to other market alternatives?
Unlike generic tools, Qondor combines everything you need to manage your projects efficiently in one integrated system. This replaces 3–5 other tools and saves hours per project, and as such, you will see a higher return on your investment with Qondor compared to other systems, regardless of this change.
Can we negotiate a lower rate?
Pricing is standardised across all plans to ensure fairness and predictability. However, we’re happy to review your setup to make sure you’re on the right plan.
What if I simply disagree with the change?
We understand it can feel like a big shift. That’s why we’ve applied the change carefully, giving all customers advance notice. Our goal is to ensure the value you receive continues to exceed the cost. We’re always available to talk it through.
