OVERVIEW OF BOOKING CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Project managers are able to view a summary of the amount paid by credit card in the Bookings overview. This is dynamic (always updated) and so the amount is the final figure, deducting any refunds.
DOWNLOAD A REPORT ON CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
A CC report gives Project managers a total summary of all credit card payments for bookings in a project.
To download a report go to:
Bookings overview (found in the Form menu):
Click 'Open CC report' to download a report:
The report will look something like this:
📌 This includes the total amount of credit card payments per VAT article. It also shows the total amount of online payment refunds per VAT article.
