Set a custom offer design for a project

By default, all offers in your projects use your office's standard offer design. However, you can create a unique design for a specific project — perfect for events with special branding requirements or client co-branding.

How to Access the Offer Design feature

  1. Open the project in Qondor

  2. Go to Project details

  3. In the Offers section, click the Design button:

SETUP A CUSTOM DESIGN

Step 1: Disable the Office Default

By default, the checkbox "Use office offer design" is enabled. To create a custom design for this project:

  • Uncheck the "Use office offer design" checkbox

This reveals all the design options for your project.

Step 2: Upload Your Images

Logo

  • Upload a logo that will appear at the top of your offers

  • Recommended width: 700px

Footer Image

  • Upload an optional footer image for the bottom of offers

  • Recommended width: 1280px

Step 3: Choose Your Font

Select a font from the dropdown menu. This font will be used throughout the offer pages shown to your customers.

Step 4: Set Your Colors

Use the color pickers to customize each element of your offer:

The terms and conditions section

The bottom footer area

💡 Tip: Click on a color field to open the color picker. You can enter a specific hex code or use the visual picker to find the perfect shade.

Step 5: Save Your Changes

Click Save to apply your custom design.


Reverting to Office Design

To switch back to your office's standard design:

  1. Go to Project detailsDesign

  1. Check the "Use office offer design" checkbox

  1. Click Save

Your project will immediately use the office default design again.


Where the Design Appears

Your custom project design will be applied to:

  • The Customer Web offer pages for this project

  • Offer confirmation emails and PDFs

  • Terms and conditions documents


Good to Know

  • Each project can have its own unique design

  • Changes only affect offers within this specific project

  • The office default design remains unchanged for other projects

  • When copying a project, the design settings are copied too
