The design in the Form is automatically defined according to your office settings, however, you may need to change the design, for example, if the customer wants their branding on the form.

Design in this context refers to the colours, the logo, the background image and the font. You can also toggle the Home and custom Menu items (if added).

This article describes where to find form design settings and how to adjust the settings. If you prefer to watch how it's done, click here to see the form design chapter from our Introduction to Forms webinar.

WHERE TO FIND FORM DESIGN SETTINGS

CHANGE FORM DESIGN

Here is how the Design settings page looks:

💡The preview on the right-hand side will update as you adjust the settings so you have an idea of how the design will look.

LOGO AND MENU

Hide menu: Check this option to hide the top menu bar if you have added custom menu items. Note, this will also hide the "Home" button.

Hide logo: Check this option to hide the logo if you do not want this visible on the form.

Hide home button: Check this option if you want to hide the "Home" button.

The home button diverts the booker back to the start page. You may want to hide this if you don't want to give bookers the option to go back to the homepage, or you want to create your own menu item for the start page and use a different title for the menu item.

Upload a logo: Hover over the image (the default logo is the one added in your Office settings) and click "edit image". Upload the desired logo.

Logo link: If you want the logo to be clickable and divert to a webpage, paste in the URL/link. For example, to your customer's website.

COLOURS

Click in the box to expand the colour palette.

Default colours are from your office settings.

Qondor will save any colours you have already applied under "recently used colours".

If you have the HEX colour codes, you can paste this right into the box.

💡Use a colour picker tool to quickly add colours from your customer's website if you don't have their brand guidelines. We use Colorzilla (a Chrome extension). 🎨

FONT

Click the dropdown to choose the font for your form. Choose from Arial, Lato, Open Sans, Raleway, and Titillium Web.

BACKGROUND IMAGE
