If you get a page stating "No access" in Qondor Admin web, here's how to regain access.

WHY AM I GETTING A NO ACCESS PAGE

When project managers click on a customer link (for example a link to an offer, participant or registration form link) directly from Qondor Admin web, they are logged out of Admin and redirected to a page displaying: “No access – You are not allowed to access this page.”

This happens because customer links and Qondor Admin use different logins. Opening a customer link in the same browser window ends your Admin session.

HOW TO AVOID GETTING LOGGED OUT

To test registrations or view customer pages without being logged out of Adminweb, we recommend:

💡Open customer links in a InPrivate/Incognito window in your browser.

This way, you can test the customer experience while keeping your Admin session active.

I'M ON THE "NO ACCESS PAGE NOW, WHAT DO I DO?

If you're already seeing the “No access” page, there are two ways to solve it:

  1. Close and reopen your browser

    1. Close the entire browser

    2. Open it again and go to Qondor Admin

    3. You should now be able to log in again

  2. If you opened a link to an Offer

    1. Remove everything after your customer URL (for example: acme.qondor.com)

    2. Then click Log out in the top right corner

    3. Log in again to Qondor

3. If you opened a link to a registration form

  • Do the same as in step 2: change the URL back to your customer domain (for example: acme.qondor.com)

  • Try to log in again
