Qondor's public event calendar offers an automatically updated calendar with a responsive design that you can integrate into your own website. This is a great way to present and promote any upcoming events in a tidy and smooth format without having to manually input the information.

PUBLIC EVENT CALENDAR CONTENT

The calendar includes the following data from projects:

  • Event (project name)

  • Location (project location)

  • Date (project start date and end date)

  • Category (project category)
    ​

An example of what a public event calendar could look like:

The event name is linked to the registration form enabling easy access for registration. It is also possible to search for specific projects/events. Participants can search via year, month or category or they can type freely in the search box.

HOW QONDOR SELECTS THE PROJECTS TO DISPLAY

The calendar will include projects where:

  • The project status is confirmed

  • The start date is in the future

  • The form is published


PUBLISHING THE CALENDAR ON YOUR WEBPAGE

By using the HTML Inline Frame element (<iframe>) you can host the Public event calendar on your own website. The source url can be found in Office settings -> Participant Web, see example below:
