Once your program is created, you can easily share this with your customers, participants or even insert a link to your offer or registration form.

SEND THE PROGRAM TO PARTICIPANTS

If you have participants in your project that you have imported or whom have completed a registration form, you can send the program directly to them.

1. To do this, head to the Participants tab, select your participants and choose to send the program via email or SMS (if you have SMS activated in your office).

2. Click Insert program link to include the link to your program. If you have more than one program you can choose which program to insert from the drop down menu.

3. Type in the text you want to display to enter the program. The text can be customised only if sending the program via email, (not via SMS). You can also define the text to access the code if the program requires a code. Click Ok.

4. Lastly, customise your message to your participants within the body of the email and click send.

PUBLISH TO AN OFFER OR REGISTRATION FORM

Click Create Menu Item to quickly publish the program onto Customer web where the offer is or on Participant web on the registration menu, where the booking form is. Read more about creating Menu Items here.

SHARE THE PROGRAM ANYWHERE

Copy the Public URL and paste this into an email which you can send outside of Qondor or add the URL to anywhere else it's needed.

πŸ’‘ GOOD TO KNOW

Please note, that if project managers make changes to the program after distribution, there can be up to fifteen minutes delay for the updates to take effect. If this is the case, project managers should advise participants to click the link again to access the updated program.
