HOW TO BUILD A PROGRAMย
1. Create a program
Head to Program -- > Programs and click New Program.
Type in the program name.
"Publish program" - enables the URL link and sets the program live. Remember to do this before distributing the program link, so that the link works.

2. Add general information to your program
Click anywhere on the Information page section to add additional information about your event.
This could be information about the location of an event or description, nearest car parking facilities, things that the attendee is recommended to bring and so on.ย
You can add images, links to other web pages, change fonts, colours, etc.

3. Add activities - scheduled or unscheduled
1. Click to add an activity.
A slide-in window will appear ๐ The activity name is mandatory.
The date, time, location, image/video, and description are optional.
Click on image/video/description to reveal the option to add these components.
For instance, you could include an image of a venue and its description or a meeting point. Only one image can be uploaded and there is one size specification. This is to automatically optimise the image so that your program looks good on any device.
If you do not add a date, the activity is unscheduled and will be displayed at the top of the program without a date or time stamp.

๐To save time when building a program press [alt] + N on your keyboard to create a new program activity.

๐บ๏ธ For locations, insert a Google Maps link into the activity description, so that your attendees can easily find where they need to go.
HOW:
Click the link icon in the text editor toolbar ๐.
Paste the URL and choose the text you would like to be displayed in place of the link.
4. Multiple activities, days and programs
You can add as many activities, days and programs as your event requires.ย
Program Settings is where you can control who has access to programs and how they can access it.
5. Add video to program
Here's how to add video to a program activity ๐๐ฝ
Optional: Choose autoplay so that the video automatically plays when the program page is opened. Choose loop so that the video plays again once it has ended.
โน๏ธ Video can be added to any activity, unscheduled or scheduled! Video cannot be added to the information page.
PROGRAM DESIGN
The design of your program will automatically have the look of your brand. (Default colours are set according to your office.) However, you may need to adapt the design to your client's brand.
To change the design, head to Program --> Design.
Here you can see a mobile preview as you edit:
You have the option to upload your client's logo, define colours and fonts.
When you click on the colour palette icon, Qondor will indicate where the colour will be applied in the program.
Default colours are the colours in your office. Recently used colours are colours that have been used in your project.

CUSTOMISE "INFORMATION" AND "FILE" HEADINGS AND MENU NAME
Go to SETTINGS ๐
Change the Information page and Files name on the side menu and the heading on the 'Information' and 'Files' page by typing in the fields:
ADD FILES TO THE PROGRAM MENU
You can easily add or delete downloadable files to/from your program, by heading to Program --> click the the three dotted menu --> Files. Once added, the files will immediately reflect onto your program.
๐Note: Files added to a Program menu will be displayed across all programs and cannot be uploaded to specific programs.
CREATE ADDITIONAL MENU ITEMS
If you need to include more information to share with attendees, you can create items to display on the side menu on a program. To do this create a content page in Menu items and publish it to Program.
VIEW OR DELETE A PROGRAM

๐๏ธClick the red bin icon in the last row to delete programs. (NB. Once deleted, it cannot be restored.)

PROGRAM TIME ZONE
What if the program user/recipient is viewing the program in a different time zone?
The program will always display activity times in the local time of the device the user is viewing the program on.
