Make it easy for your customer to stay informed and engaged throughout the event planning process. Instead of sending multiple emails or links, use Qondor’s Customer Web Front Page, Menu Items, and Program module to build a professional, branded event website directly from your offer.
Why use your Offer as an event website
If your customer handles complex events with many stakeholders, files, and updates, Qondor can serve as the event landing page.
This way, your customer only needs one link to access:
the latest offer and project information
updated schedules or plans
shared documents, images, or files
links to external resources like SharePoint or Google Drive
1. Design your Customer Web Front Page
The Customer Web Front Page is the first page your customer sees when opening your offer link.
Use it as your main event landing page.
How to edit
Go to Offers → Front Page
Add a short introduction text, image, and key links for your customer.
Use merge tags to personalise the page (e.g. customer contact name, destination, event dates).
Add external links to shared folders or resources (e.g. “Project files on SharePoint”).
💡 Tip: Clearly state that this is the event website, and guide the customer to other pages via your Menu Items (see below).
2. Add Menu Items for easy navigation
Menu Items help structure the event content and give your customer an overview — just like a website menu.
Example pages you can add
Program / Schedule – link directly to the Program module
Progress plan – link to timelines or milestones
Documents & Files – link to a shared folder (SharePoint, Google Drive, etc.)
Project files - Upload files to the Qondor project and share them client as a menu item (Read more about project files)
Contacts – list main contact persons in a project
FAQ or Notes – for general project information
3. Build a Program to show the event schedule
The Program module is perfect for showing an itinerary or progress plan, directly within the event website.
How to build a program
Go to Program → New
Add dates, times, locations, and descriptions for each part of the event.
Include images, links, or documents as needed.
💡 Tip: Use sections for travel, accommodation, activities, or meetings — this gives the customer a full overview of the event.
Best practice
Keep the design simple and consistent.
Update the same link throughout the project — no need to resend information.
Use Qondor’s built-in structure instead of multiple emails or shared folders.
Make sure everything is published before sharing the link with your customer.
