With Offer Admin Excel Export, you can export an Excel version of your offer or budget. This is useful if your client prefers an offline file or if you want to keep different versions of your offer for reference.
EXPORT OFFER OR BUDGET TO EXCEL
Open the offer in Qondor.
Click on the three dotted (...) menu in the top right corner (next to Settings).
Select Offer admin export.
An Excel file will download instantly to your computer.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE EXPORT?
๐ Note: The Excel export uses a predefined format โ the columns and fields included are fixed and cannot be customised before exporting. All product and article lines are included regardless of their confirmation status.

Project name & number
Number of persons
Offer name & status
Offer location & IATA code
Valid until date
Currency
Line item fields
For each product and article line, the following fields are included:
Supplier
Product category
Referral
Issued on invoice
Offer status
VAT article / VAT % / VAT fee %
Published
Foreign currency / Exchange rate
Unit in (ex/incl. VAT, foreign & local)
Margin
Unit out (ex/incl. VAT, foreign & local)
Total in (ex/incl. VAT)
Total out (ex/incl. VAT)
Revenue
Total VAT
โ ๏ธ Important: The export includes both in-prices and out-prices. Always remove in-prices before sharing the file with clients.
This mirrors the data you see in the offer, but in a tabular Excel format.
WHEN SHOULD I USE OFFER ADMIN EXCEL EXPORT?
For internal budgeting and reporting.
When you need an editable version of the offer.
When clients specifically require an Excel version.
For version copies.
BEST PRACTICES AND TIPS
To use the Excel export safely and effectively:
Use the file mainly for internal analysis.
Keep an internal copy with full details for documentation purposes.
Always double-check that in-prices are removed before sending it to clients.
Save a filtered or formatted version of the export as a separate file for client distribution.
The excel export can be sorted in Excel.
Show only confirmed items
Use the Offer status column to filter rows โ for example, show only items marked as Confirmed by the client.
In Excel, select the header row and use Data > Filter to enable column filters, then filter the status column to show only the rows you need.
Show only relevant columns
Hide or delete any columns you don't need before sharing the file with clients or colleagues.
HOW TO ACTIVATE THIS FEATURE
Offer Admin Excel Export is not available by default in Qondor. If you'd like to use this feature, a Superuser can contact us via the chat bubble in Qondor or by email at support@qondor.com.
