Time tracking report

Analyse budgeted time, logged hours, costs, and profitability across your projects.

The Time tracking report provides an overview of time budgets, logged hours, costs, and profitability across your projects. Use filters to focus on specific projects, customers, users, or date ranges.

These reports are particularly useful for Managers and Team Leads.

Note: Time tracking reports are only available to users with Office Admin and Super Admin access.

Run a report

To view the Time tracking report:

  1. Go to Reports.

  2. Select Time report.

  3. Choose any filters you want to apply.

  4. Click Search.

💡 Leave filters blank to report on all available projects.


Understand the report

The report includes summary cards showing:

The report table shows:

  • Project information, including status, customer, and main project manager.

  • Budgeted hours and value

  • Billable and non-billable logged hours

  • Internal costs

  • Total profit

  • True profit

View a detailed breakdown

  • Click the arrow on a project to view a more detailed breakdown.

  • Expand the report further to see time grouped by service category, role, and individual user.

Total profit - Internal cost (logged time) = True profit

Example: €250,000 - €31,700 = €218,300


Export the report

Click Export to Excel in the top right-hand corner of the page to download the report data for further analysis or sharing.
