📝Category matrix: Relevant if you are using participant categories or custom fields.

🎨 Design: Define the layout and design. (Colours, logo, font type and background image.) Learn how to define or edit the form design here.

🪛 Settings: Enable Form settings

👁️Preview: Use this to view to see how your form looks as you build the form.

FORM BUILDER

Here is where you can:

  • Publish the form to go live.

  • Set a deadline for new bookings, enable bookers to make changes or set a deadline for changes.

  • View the language your form is in and also access manual Form translations from here.

FRONTPAGE

🖱️Front page: (optional) Relevant if you want to have a landing page for your registration or event website. Learn how to design your front page here.

PERSONAL DETAILS

🧑🏽🧑‍🦱Personal details: The first step on your form. This page requires the booker's first name, last name and email.

Scroll down to publish standard fields to display on this page such as gender, mobile number, company and more ⬇️

💡The following fields: Gender, First name, Last name and Company texts can be adjusted. For example, "First name" can be amended to show "First name and middle name" on the form. Check "Override" to amend the field name text.

The fields below are relevant if you have multibooking enabled.

If you need to add or view customised fields, scroll further to access Participant custom fields:

CREATE PRODUCTS

✈️🛌Product steps: Relevant if you need to create products, for example for activities, workshops, accommodation, etc. Learn more about creating products.

SUMMARY, PAYMENT AND T&Cs

🗒️Summary: Decide whether you need a summary page showing what the booker has selected before they hit confirm. Best practices for the summary page.

💳Payment: Activate this if payment is required. How to activate payment in forms.

⏹️Terms and conditions: Activate this if you need the booker to accept t&cs. More about t&cs.

✅Thank you: Define the content on this page, which will show after the registration page is complete. Learn more here.

📨Confirmation email: This is a confirmation of the booking that will be sent to the participant's email after registration. (Unless you disable this option.)
