How does the customer referral program work?
Recommending Qondor is easy! Simply share Qondor with businesses in your network (or beyond) that you believe would benefit from our platform. Ask them to get in touch with us for a demo and mention your referral, or you can refer them directly to us.
If the company you refer becomes a Qondor customer, you'll receive a one-time payment of 10% commission from their subscription!
Am I eligible to join the referral program?
Yes! Ideally, your current company should have an active subscription with Qondor. However, you don’t need to be a Superuser or the Contract Owner to refer others.
If you previously used Qondor at another company and your current company does not yet subscribe, don’t let that stop you from making a referral—just let us know!
For how long does the referral program last?
The referral program has no expiration date. You can continue referring businesses and earning commissions without any time limits.

How does the commission reward work?
If a company you refer becomes a Qondor customer, you will receive a one-time commission payment equal to 10% of their subscription value.
Example:
You work at XTravels and recommend Qondor to an associate at YEvents. YEvents books a demo, likes what they see, and becomes a Qondor customer. If their annual subscription totals €20,000, your company will receive a €2,000 commission.
Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?
No, there’s no limit! You can make as many referrals as you wish. Each new customer you refer means more commission for you!
What if someone else already referred the same company I wanted to refer?
If another participant has already referred the company, unfortunately, their referral will take precedence. To avoid missing out, be sure to act quickly when you have a potential new customer in mind!
How do we ensure we receive our reward after referring someone?
Your commission will be issued as a one-time payment to your company after the referred customer completes their first year of payments. At that point we know what their subscription total is, and you will receive a 10% commission.
