How does the customer referral program work?
All you have to do is tell businesses in your network whom you think would enjoy Qondor about us, tell them reach out to us for a demo, or refer them to us yourself, and we’ll do the rest.
If the company you refer ends up becoming a customer of ours, you will receive a one time payment of 30% commission from their subscription!
Am I eligible to join the referral program?
You don't have to be a super user or contract owner to be the one to refer us to someone in your network. Ideally, your current company should already have an ongoing subscription with Qondor.
But say that you have used Qondor at a previous company and your current company does not - don't let that stop you from referring your current company to Qondor - just let us know!
For how long does the referral program last?
The program has existed for a while, and will continue existing, but until October 31st 2024 we are initiating an offer where you can receive 30% kickback on your referrals. After October we'll be back on the usual 10%.

But don't you worry! If you or your referral contacts us in any other way that is also fine!
How does the commission reward work?
Example:
You work at XTravels and tell an associate at YEvents to book a demo with Qondor. YEvents like what they see, and become a Qondor customer. At the end of the year, their subscription comes to €20 000, and your company receives a €6000 commission.
How many referrals can I make?
You can make as many referrals as you wish! Any new customer only means more commission for you!
What if someone already referred the same company as I wanted to refer?
If that's the case, I'm afraid they beat you to that referral. Don't hang on to those potential new customers too long!
How do we assure we receive our reward after referring someone?
Your commission will be paid to your company as a one time payment at the end of a new customers year of payments. At that point we know what their subscription total ended up being, and you get a 30% commission.
