When reselling products and services on behalf of suppliers like airlines, hotels, agents, restaurant and so on, it is important to inform customers of any terms & conditions (T&Cs) these suppliers have. It's also crucial to have acceptance from your customer on these T&Cs so you are not left in limbo in case of unforeseen events.

On all product types, there's a Terms & Conditions section in the Offer config tab. You can add any text and a file. If you attach a file here and the customer answers yes to this product, this attachment will be sent to the customer when they answer the offer.
