Learn how Qondor's TravelOperations integration works, what data is synced automatically, and how to troubleshoot common errors.

WHAT IS THE TRAVELOPERATIONS INTEGRATION

Qondor integrates with TravelOperations (TO), an external back-office system used by travel agencies and event companies. When the integration is enabled for your office, new projects created in Qondor are automatically registered in TravelOperations - no manual data entry needed.

HOW IT WORKS

When a Project Manager (PM) creates a project in Qondor, the following information is automatically sent to TravelOperations:

  • Project Name

  • Start Date

  • Customer Number

  • Project Manager's email address

If the registration is successful, TravelOperations returns an event number which is stored on the project in Qondor.

REQUIREMENTS

For the integration to work correctly:

  • The integration must be enabled for your office (contact your Qondor administrator)

  • The Project Manager's email address in Qondor must match a registered Salesperson in TravelOperations

📌 Note: The PM email is used to identify the responsible salesperson in TravelOperations. If the email does not match, the project registration will fail.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Error: "No Salesperson with email id: [email] found"

This means TravelOperations could not find a Salesperson registered with the PM's email address. To resolve this:

  1. Check that the PM's email address in Qondor is correct

  2. Confirm that the PM is registered as a Salesperson in TravelOperations with the same email address

  3. If the emails differ, either update the email in Qondor or ask your TravelOperations administrator to add or update the user in TravelOperations

❗ This is managed on the TravelOperations side - contact your TO administrator if you need help.
