Often, one common program for all attendees on an event is sufficient, and you define that this program is open to everyone who has the link to it. Occasionally, you may have larger events with customized programs per category or group and/or where you want to activate feedback on program activities. Then you can create a program per category/group and assign program to each attendee in the Participants menu. You can choose that each person needs to log in with a personal code or their phone number to access the program assigned to them.

Program authentication can be set in Program -> Settings. Here you can select between various ways of authentication:

PER PROGRAM AUTHENTICATION

Anyone with the URL: The program is open to anyone that has the link/URL. Use this if you don't need any access control or personalized programs.

Require code:
Each program has its own password that is needed to open the program. Use this if you want access control to prevent unauthorized people accessing the program.

PER USER LOGIN CODE

This can be used when you want to personalize programs and/or if you want feedback on program activities. Each attendee needs a program mapped.

You can map the program to the participant in the Participants menu by:

Clicking "Edit" on a participant to update manually.

A unique login code per attendee also needs to be set:

When opening the program link, each person will see a login page with the program design and must register their unique code to see their program:

PER USER PHONE

This can be used when you want to personalize programs and/or if you want feedback on program activities. Each attendee needs a program mapped, this can be done by:

  1. Bulk assigning a program to several participants at once. You can view how to do this in Programs feedback.
  2. Or clicking "Edit" on a participant to update manually.

Each person must have a valid phone number registered in the Qondor Phone field and this must be unique (no persons on a project can have the same phone number for this to work).

When opening the program link, each person will see a login page with the program design, and must register their phone number to see their program:

None of the authentication methods require or depend on whether a person has used Qondor before.
