Quick Search is your shortcut. Whether you’re deep in an offer or on the main dashboard, you can find and access what you need instantly. It’s designed to help you move faster and stay in your flow.
💡 Note: Quick Search displays results within your office, showing up to 20 items at a time.
HOW TO ACCESS QUICK SEARCH
To bring up the quick search box you can do either of the below:
Press alt + F on your keyboard
Click on the 🔍 located at the top right hand corner of your Qondor page.
HOW IT WORKS
Go to a project
The moment you open the Quick Search dialog, your five most recently visited projects appear immediately.
You can search for a project by typing either the project name or the project number.
You only need to enter a partial term to see results. For example, typing "New Y" will bring up "New York Kickoff 2026". Once you see the result you need, just click to open the project and you'll be redirected to the Project details page.
💡Use your mouse or the arrows on your keyboard to navigate to the project you want to access.
Go to a customer profile
Clear the search filter:
Next, click on the "customer" button or click "2" on your keyboard:
Begin typing the customer name or number:
Clicking the customer in the search result will take you to the customer profile.
📌 Customers are sorted in alphabetical order.
