Creating templates in Qondor will save you a lot of time and effort as you can avoid defining the same texts repeatedly.

Inside all text editors in Qondor you will find "Templates" in the menu:

In Template storage, you can:

  • Store your personal templates.

  • Find the template you would like to use and add it to the text box you are working with.

  • Your Office administrator(s) can add new, edit, and delete existing templates available to all users in the Office. All templates can be acquired from any text editor in Qondor.

USE AN EXISTING TEMPLATE

  2. In the menu to the left in Template storage, click on the template you would like to use. It will preview in the box to the right.

  3. Click Use in the bottom right and the template is added to your text box.

  4. Don't worry if you change the text in your text box, the original template will not be changed.

ADD A NEW TEMPLATE

  1. In Template storage, select in which category you would like to add a new template by clicking on it in the menu on the left.
