Navigate to the "Participants" section in Qondor.

Select the participants you want to send the QR code to, then click on "Email."

Compose your email. Choose a subject that makes sense for the participants. Keep in mind that the sender name in the email will be what you have set in the project settings under "Communication and Language" (See: Project Settings).

In the email body, make sure to include the "badge link." You can edit the link text as needed. You might also want to use a merge tag for convenience. (Learn more about Using Merge Tags).

Send the email.

Participants will receive a link in their email, which will include their personal QR code.

Navigate to the "Participants" section in Qondor.

Select the participants you want to send the QR code to, then click on "SMS."

Compose your SMS. Use merge tags if needed.

The "badge_link" is the QR code. You can either send the SMS immediately or schedule it for later.

The SMS will be sent to all the selected participants.
