PROJECT STATUS & REMARKS
At the very top of the project ledger, you can update the project status. The project status describes where in the process the project is at. Here's more information on the statuses:
Pending: Created in Qondor, but has not been confirmed yet. When the project is pending, a project stage can be set. Read more about project stages.
Confirmed: Automatically set when customer confirms offer on Customer Web, when you as a PM set a product to accepted in Offer admin, or when you publish a Form.
Finished: Manually set by a PM when the project is finished
Cancelled: Manually se by a PM. For reporting purposes, a cancellation reason must be given
Remarks
Add any remarks to your ledger in this free text field.
OVERVIEW SECTION
📌1. NO INTEGRATION VIEW
Budgeted
Budgeted values are set manually by the PM. These numbers are not used in further calculations, they are only there for the PM to keep track of a budget set for the project.
Estimated
Read the full definition of the estimated values in the Estimated numbers article.
Invoiced
Invoiced values are based on total amount invoiced on customer invoice specifications, and the participant payments total sales. NB: Deposit payments are included.
Real
Real values are set manually by the PM. They are mandatory when setting the project status to finished. The suggested prefilled data is based on the invoiced numbers in the project.
Editing values
Through the edit feature in Overview you can edit your budgeted, estimated and real values. If edited, these numbers are displayed in orange. All values displayed with a black text is generated by Qondor and not adjusted by a PM.
BUDGETED VALUES
Fill in your customer's budget for the project.
ESTIMATED VALUES
Add an adjustment in sales and revenue in your project which will be included in the total estimated numbers.
REAL VALUES
Insert the real values from your back-office system.
DESCRIPTION
You are also able to add a description to add more detail to your adjustments.
📌2. SALE & COST API INTEGRATION VIEW
If you're using our Sale & Cost API to insert financial information from your back-office system, you'll have two additional columns in the overview.

How it looks:
Actuals
Actuals values are totals based on the amount excluding vat in Actual sales and Actual costs.
Actuals paid
Actuals paid values are totals based on amount paid in Actual sales and Actual costs.
Real
Real values are set manually by the Project manager. They are mandatory when setting the project status to finished. Qondor will give the Project manager suggested values based on the following rules:
1. If the project does have actual sales, actual amounts excluding vat will prefill real values.
2. If the project does not have actual sales, invoiced values will prefill the real values.
INVOICE SPECIFICATIONS
Offer invoices: Customer offer invoices will be listed here.
Form: Booker payments and customer form invoices will be listed here.
The following information applies to those offices with API integration only.
ACTUAL SALES (API INTEGRATION)
Insert your customer invoices from your back-office system into Qondor by using the Sale API.
This section only contains elements inserted through the Sale API.
Connect actual end customer invoices to booker invoice specifications
When using the Sale API, you'll be able to match the invoices sent from your back-office system to the issued invoice specifications in the booking. The link is created automatically by Qondor if you're using the same Reference on the Sale as the External reference set on the invoice specification.
