The Pending column calculation only includes products:
From the main offer
With an undecided product status (answer not set or "Maybe")
With a price published on Customer web
Where the customer is paying (as offered)
The Confirmed column calculation only includes products:
The product is confirmed
With a price published on Customer web
Where the customer is paying (as offered)
