A SMARTER WAY TO TRACK PROJECT FINANCES
The new Project Ledger gives you a more structured and transparent overview of key financial figures like sales, costs, revenue, and commissions. Data is now organised into clearer categories, making it easy to see what has been confirmed, what is pending, and how your project is performing at a glance.
By separating outstanding amounts (pending), confirmed revenue, commissions, and displaying a total revenue, you get a real-time, reliable foundation for decision-making - helping you manage projects with confidence and efficiency.
WHATβS NEW IN THE PROJECT LEDGER?
π The new Project Ledger higlights:
Pending and Confirmed columns for better tracking of financial status.
Commission tracking, grouped per supplier across all offers in a project.
Total revenue overview, giving a clearer picture of financial performance by summing up commissions and revenue.
Per person breakdowns have been remove to make the table easier to read
Pending and Confirmed numbers
Instead of relying on a forecasted percentage of sales, you now see exactly:

What is confirmed β revenue that is secured and finalised.

This eliminates guesswork, making it easier to track real income, manage expectations, and make informed decisions based on actual numbers rather than estimates. If you're familiar with Qondor BI Reports (usually only office admins have access to these reports), you'll recognise Pending and Confirmed numbers from the Project list.
Pending:
Products from the main offer
Products with an undecided product status (answer not set or "Maybe")
Products with a price published on Customer web
Products where the customer is paying (as offered)
Confirmed:
Products which are is confirmed (in any offer)
Products with a price published on Customer web
Product where the customer is paying (as offered)
Commissions
The Project Ledger now includes pending and confirmed commissions, grouped per supplier across all offers within the project. In edit mode, you can manually input your real commissions income when financially closing the project. You can also report on commission income not linked to a specific supplier using the [No supplier set] input.
Total revenue
The new Total Revenue section provides a complete overview of all revenue streams, helping you track your project's overall financial performance more efficiently. Total Revenue does not include
