🚩 This article describes features in a closed beta of a new Project Ledger

A SMARTER WAY TO TRACK PROJECT FINANCES

The new Project Ledger gives you a more structured and transparent overview of key financial figures like sales, costs, revenue, and commissions. Data is now organised into clearer categories, making it easy to see what has been confirmed, what is pending, and how your project is performing at a glance.

By separating outstanding amounts (pending), confirmed revenue, commissions, and displaying a total revenue, you get a real-time, reliable foundation for decision-making - helping you manage projects with confidence and efficiency.

WHAT’S NEW IN THE PROJECT LEDGER?

πŸš€ The new Project Ledger higlights:

  • Pending and Confirmed columns for better tracking of financial status.

  • Commission tracking, grouped per supplier across all offers in a project.

  • Total revenue overview, giving a clearer picture of financial performance by summing up commissions and revenue.

  • Per person breakdowns have been remove to make the table easier to read

Pending and Confirmed numbers

Instead of relying on a forecasted percentage of sales, you now see exactly:

This eliminates guesswork, making it easier to track real income, manage expectations, and make informed decisions based on actual numbers rather than estimates. • Products with a price published on Customer web

  • Product where the customer is paying (as offered)
