A commission is a fee earned for facilitating a booking or transaction. In Qondor, Commissions are calculated from the total product in-price (either excluding or including VAT). You can manually adjust the commission amount for each product without affecting the commission percentage set, allowing you to keep track of the originally agreed percentage.
📌 Commission amounts do not take VAT into account (they neither include or exclude VAT). They are recorded as net commission amounts.
STORE COMMISSION RATES
Keeping track of commission rates ensures accurate pricing and profitability when working with suppliers. In Qondor, you can store commission rates and agreements in multiple ways. Here are some recommendations:
On the Supplier card, use the supplier remarks field.
In Project details, use the supplier info field.
In the Product, use the product internal remarks field.

HOW TO INPUT COMMISSIONS
Standard and transport products
For standard and transport products, you can:
Set a commission percentage.
Manually adjust the commission amount per product if needed.
The commission input is available in the pricing section when setting up a product:
Accommodation products
For accommodation products, commission options are available per room type. This allows you to:
Input individual commission percentages and amounts for each room type.
If you need to set exceptions for specific nights, a workaround is to create a new room type or a second accommodation product with different commission settings.
The commission input is available in the pricing section when setting up a product:

📌 Pending commissions are based on products in the main offer only.
Use this to track expected income before reconciling.
Report commissions when closing a project
Log what you’ve actually received to keep reports accurate.
Set the project status to Finished to input commission amounts.
Add the real commission received per supplier.
Use [No supplier set] if the commission isn’t linked to a supplier.
This makes your financial reports more accurate and saves time during reconciliation.
