Form Vouchers

This article describes a feature that is currently in a testing phase, and only available to a limited group of Qondor customers.


Use Form vouchers to create sets of vouchers that you can distribute to your customers, granting the users access to your form, and also have a discount amount applied to their bookings.

VOUCHER LIST PAGE


In the voucher list page, all office vouchers are listed:

New vouchers
Create new vouchers.


Name

Click the name to open the voucher

Download
Download the excel file with all still active (not redeemed) vouchers.


Delete
Deleting a voucher group is only possible if no vouchers have been redeemed.

CREATE VOUCHERS

Go to the Office menu -> Vouchers -> New Vouchers:


When creating new vouchers you will need to define the following:

Name

Define a suiting name for the vouchers. For example "Introduction offer new bookers".
The name can be edited.


Amount
Define the the value of the vouchers in the Office currency.


Quantity

Define the number of voucher codes

Expiry date

Define at date when the vouchers expire.
The expiry date can be edited.

FORM: SET UP VOUCHERS

Vouchers can only be applied as a Form access code to participant categories in a project.

1. In Form builder, set the Form Front Page to enabled with Yes, with access code:


2. In Participant categories, Set Published on Form to Yes, requires voucher. The Vouchers drop down list will include all Vouchers from the project's Office.





BOOKER PERSPECTIVE: LOGGING IN AND APPLYING VOUCHERS


As a booker entering a Form with Front Page access codes enabled you can enter a voucher code to gain access to the Form.
