Product groups are a way of grouping and presenting several products together. They are great if you want to:
Present a package price
Display products that belong together, for example accommodation and meeting room at the same hotel, or an activities package
Display similar products together, for example flight/hotel/activities/restaurant alternatives
Group additional services or costs together, for example for invoicing purposes
Present a more compact offer/use less space.
CREATE A PRODUCT GROUP
Click on the product group icon at the bottom of the main offer page to add a group to the bottom of your offer:
or use the context menu on an existing product to add a group exactly where you want it:
DEFINE PRODUCT GROUP SETTINGS AND DESIGN
SETTINGS
Title: Choose a description, this is visible both to you and your customer
Name on invoice: If you want another description of the group on the invoice
Offer config: Controls how products and prices in the group should be presented on the offer.
Must select all products:
If you select this, the customer must answer the group content on a whole, and cannot say yes to one product and no to another in the group.
Hide all products in group:
When 'Must select all products' is enabled, this setting determines whether the products in this product group should be hidden.
Hide product prices: No individual product prices will be displayed if you select this.
Show total price for group:
A total price row will be added at the bottom of the group.
Show total price per person:
A price per person based on number of persons you register, will be added at the bottom of the group. Qondor will simply take the total amount on the group and divide by number of persons, for example:
Flight NOK 60 000 + Hotel NOK 280 000 = NOK 340 000 / 20 persons = NOK 17 000
Hide price table:
When checked, the price table for this product group will be hidden. Customers will not be able to select products in the group, essentially transforming them into information-only products.
Hide feedback section:
Will hide the "Send feedback to Project Manager" option for the customer.
Custom total row text: Available when 'Show total price for group' is checked. This option allows you to set the total row text.
DESIGN
Template & Images: Choose your layout and upload up to three images using a static template. Use an image slider (the last template on the right) to upload up to six alternating images.
Introduction / Description: If you want to provide general information on the group, you can add this here.
UNPUBLISH OR DELETE A PRODUCT GROUP
UNPUBLISH/PUBLISH A PRODUCT GROUP
If you have a product group with several products, and would like to remove these from the customer's view (i.e. remove from the offer) but still want to keep these products visible in Offer Admin, you can do the following:
Click on the content menu to the right of the group name
Click Unpublish all on offer
Similarly, you can publish all products within the group by selecting Publish all on offer.
DELETE A PRODUCT GROUP
If you have a product group with several products, and no longer need the content in the offer neither for history or future reuse, the entire group can be deleted:
Click on the content menu to the right of the group name
Click Delete
