DATE PICKER NOW ADDED TO FORMS
Date picker is now available as a participant custom field.
Collecting date information such as date of birth or passport issue date in a text field has a risk of containing inaccurate data. Text fields made it difficult for the Project manager to make sense of birthdate or passport information collected in various formats.
What's in it for me?
Being able to include date pickers which collect data in the correct format allows Project managers to ensure that both they and the participants use the correct formatting when collecting or editing the date field. This means more accurate data and less time spent sorting it out.
For the booker, date pickers are easier and more user friendly options for date of birth and passport field. No more calendar date pickers - we've implemented the best practice for collecting these types of dates.
ℹ️ Remember that all data collected through Qondor forms is collected in a GDPR-friendly manner and participants information can be anonymised based on your project retention policy ensuring you're compliant.
MINOR DESIGN IMPROVEMENTS ON FORM BUILDER
Mandatory and published states are visible on Accommodation steps.
Space has been added between steps so that Project managers can identify separate steps.

We wanted to make form builder more user friendly by giving Project managers a better overview of step settings.
REFERRAL PRODUCTS REMOVED FROM PROJECT LEDGER
Referral products are no longer included in invoiced numbers in Project Ledger.
Previously, referral products were included in the invoiced numbers in reporting (Ledger, Insights, Reporting API). However, this was not relevant as referral products are paid directly to the supplier/on the spot by the customer.
