FORMS

CHOOSE THE PERSONAL DETAILS STEP POSITION IN A FORM

Project managers can now choose whether to have the personal details at the front or at the end of a form. ๐ŸŽ‰

โ€‹Why?

Previously, it has been a standard in Qondor to have the personal details as the first step on the form. Participants had to complete personal information before they could see what is available to book or order. In some scenarios this makes sense, but where the booker would like to know what is on offer before registering personal details, it could be more natural to display the products first.

๐Ÿ’กOffice admins can decide on the default setting for the personal details step position for new projects via Office settings.

What's in it for me?

  • Improve conversion rate in forms by selecting the best format for your scenario and more suited for the booker.

  • More flexibility in building forms.
    โ€‹
โ€‹๐Ÿ“ŒNote: Requirements for having personal details at the end:
    - The form has multi booking disabled
    - The form only has one participant category, or the form front page requires access codes.

FORM VALIDATION ENABLED ON POST CODE, VAT AND ORGANISATION NUMBER

Validation on three fields in Forms is now active. These are:

  • Post Code

  • Vat Number

  • Organisation Number

Why?

By enabling validation, these settings ensure that the data bookers are inputting is validated before proceeding with the booking. Qondor will show an error message if, for example, the booker has entered an invalid postcode.

What's in it for me?

Ensure a better booker experience and accuracy in data, meaning less room for incorrect data to be submitted.

SELECTED PARTICIPANT CUSTOM FIELD DROP DOWN OPTIONS CANNOT BE CHANGED

Participant custom field drop down options that have been answered by participants can no longer be edited by Project managers in Qondor admin web.

See below ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿฝ

โ€‹Why?
Previously, if an option in the drop down field was answered by a participant, the name could still be edited. This caused confusion for Project managers where the booked options were altered midway through the project. For e.g. "table 1" is changed to "dinner".

What's in it for me?

Prevent confusing scenarios where options have been changed after being booked.

PARTICIPANTS

NEW POPOVER MENU TO COMMUNICATE WITH PARTICIPANTS

Hover over participants to reveal the new Participant popover menu which contains relevant information and options to communicate with the Participant. From the new popover you're able to:

1. Send an SMS (in the project)

2. Send an email (in the project)

The participant popover menu is available in:

  • Participant search

  • Participants page

  • Bookings page

  • Booking Details

What's in it for me?

  • Communicate faster with the relevant participant by sms or email

  • View relevant information about the participant

OFFERS

BETTER VIEW OF CONTEXT MENU IN A LARGE OFFER

The context menu will now open at the top rather than towards the bottom in offers where there are a lot of product rows.

Before
โ€‹

After
โ€‹

Why?

If the offer has more rows than you can fit on one page, then the context menu on each row was displayed very far down. This meant that the Project manager had to scroll every time to change something via the context menu and view the full menu. This is now solved.
