How to access Qondor

About Qondor software

  • Qondor is a web application that runs in your web browser.

  • No additional software or installations/downloads is required to work with Qondor. All you need is internet access on your device.

  • All users in Qondor have a personal account; this should not be shared with others.

  • Users are created by an Office administrator in your office. Learn more about user administration.

  • We recommend using your email address as your username in Qondor. 


LOG IN FOR THE FIRST TIME AS A PROJECT MANAGER

  1. On your Qondor login page, click "Reset your password".

  2. Type in your email address.

  3. You will receive an email containing a link.

  4. When clicking on the link, you are back to the login page.

  5. Set a personal password.

  6. You are now live in Qondor :-)


YOUR CUSTOMER'S ACCESS TO OFFERS

When sending offers/proposals to your customers, they will need to log into Qondor just like you do as a Project Manager. The difference is that they log in to access Customer web, a portal in Qondor that allows them to view their offers. The email you send the offer to is their username. When logging in for the first time they will set their own password. This provides a secure platform for them to reply to offers and agree to contracts with you.

Password requirements

To protect your account, passwords must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum Length: Your password must be at least 8 characters long.

  • Avoid Predictable Passwords: For added security, avoid using passwords that are simple, widely known, or easily guessed. This helps protect your account from potential vulnerabilities.
