Each project in Qondor must have a customer, which is the company, organisation or other your customer contact person represents when contacting you with a request for an event. As you work in Qondor, your customer database will therefore grow. You can choose to manually register customers before you start working with projects, or register each customer manually when new projects are created. If you have a list of all or a selection of your repeating customers, you can easily import these from Excel to Qondor instead of manually registering them.
HOW TO IMPORT CUSTOMERS
(Office admins only)
Step 1: Prepare your list for import
First, prepare your list for import. The data must be imported from an Excel file:

In Qondor, go to Customers -> click the three dotted menu (...) -> and then Import customers
The following page will appear. If you only have one office in your environment, then the global option shown below is not relevant for you. Select Click to choose a file, and import your file:
Super admin access only: If you have more than one office in your environment, you can choose to make the customers available across all offices. To do this, Select "Global" from the dropdown list.
Or select the desired office from the dropdown list if the customers should only be available for a particular office.
3. โ You will get a message "Import successful" if the import has been successful.
โ If you get a failed import, this means something in your list is not right. Qondor will provide a detailed description on why. Simply update your Excel file and try again.
