As a Project manager, you might be required to offer several products from which the booker must select only one. Choose between products are a great option for this scenario. Learn how to create this type of product below.

CREATE CHOOSE BETWEEN PRODUCTS IN FORM BUILDER

  1. After creating a Step, click the icon with the two arrows. A dialog will appear to the right, allowing you to complete the details of the choose between products.

  2. Type in the name of the form element in the Heading field, for e.g. Workshops (this is mandatory).

  3. Under PRODUCTS click either the standard product icon or the transport product icon to add a product. (Learn how to create new Standard and Transport products from Form builder.)

  4. Enter the name of the product, e.g. Session A.

  5. Continue to add as many Standard or Transport products as required.

  6. You can also choose to add existing products from the project you are working in. This includes any previously added and removed form products or Offer products activated on form.

  7. The screenshot also shows an example of choose between products in the Form builder, with design (image and description), and allotment added (indicated by the highlighted icons in green.)

Here is an example of how it will appear on a registration form πŸ‘‡

The booker will only be able to select one of the options to book.

Hide image and description

You can opt for a compact view in Form Builder:

This will hide the "add" call-to-action and hide the image and description (if these have been added).
