This article defines how Qondor calculates estimated numbers used in Insights and Project Ledger.

  • Estimated numbers are used for financial forecasting, and only products that are set to "paid by customer as offered" will be included.

  • All Offer products are automatically set to "paid by customer as offered".

  • Undecided products are products set to "unsure" or not answered ("not set") by your customer.

PENDING PROJECTS

Calculation:

(Total value of confirmed offer products from all offers on the project)
+
(Total value of undecided products (unsure and not set) on Main offer * Project stage from Project ledger)
+
(Estimated adjustments if added in the Project Ledger)

  • Deposit payments are not included.

  • Unpublished products or products with a hidden price table are not included. However, if their offer status is Yes they will be included.

Real example from a project:
Total value of confirmed offer products: NOK 230 000

+
Total value of undecided products: NOK 40 000 * 40% = NOK 16 000

=
Estimated sales in this project is now: NOK 246 000

CONFIRMED PROJECTS

Calculation:

Total value of confirmed offer products from all offers on the project
+
Total value of undecided products (maybe and not answered) on Main offer * Office default product stage (set by your Office administrator)
+
Estimated adjustments if added in the Project Ledger

  • Deposit payments are not included.

  • Unpublished products or products with a hidden price table are not included. However, if their offer status is Yes they will be included.

Real example from a project:
Total value of confirmed offer products: NOK 230 000

+
Total value of undecided products: NOK 40 000 * 70% = NOK 28 000

=
Estimated sales in this project is now NOK 258 000

CANCELLED PROJECTS

Estimated sales and Estimated revenue will be set to Real sales and Real revenue for projects that are cancelled, allowing you to report on numbers on cancelled projects.
