Usually, some (or all) of your terms & conditions for your customers won't change from project to project. If you need to do amendments, it is likely that it will be small changes (such as dates, amounts or currencies).Β

That's why it could be a good idea to set up standard terms and conditions to display on all offers. Read on to learn how to standardize general terms & conditions for all offers.

CREATE A TEMPLATE FOR TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you are a Superuser or Office admin, you can set a template for terms & conditions. The template is copied into each offer in the terms & conditions section, where you can easily adjust them without adjusting the template.

1. On the homepage, click Office -> Settings. Then click on the Customer Web tab.

You'll see this screen when you scroll down πŸ‘‡

2. When you create an offer, this text is copied into the Terms & Conditions field in Offer settings:

3. In Offer terms & conditions you can make any changes you want to the current offer.

CUSTOMISE OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. USE TAGS TO AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDE CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Merge tags allow specific details to be automatically filled in and standardise your offer.

These can be added either in Office settings --> Terms and Conditions or in Offer settings --> Terms & Conditions.

2. DEFINE THE ACCEPTANCE AND DECLARATION TEXT

You can also define the text that appears next to the accept T&Cs checkbox on offers in accordance with your legal process. This text can be amended under "Translations" in Office settings.

If you decide not to change this, Qondor will display the following text:

HOW CUSTOMERS RECEIVE TERMS & CONDITIONS

How customers see the terms and conditions

Terms & conditions added to the Offer will be included at the bottom of the Customer web front page (Offer) πŸ‘‡

and in the Offer confirmation PDF that is received with the email confirmation once the customer accepts the offer.
