SEARCH FOR CUSTOMERS USING QUICK SEARCH

It is now possible to use Quick search (Alt + F) to search for and access Customers as well as Projects.

Why?

Quick search is a quick way to search in Qondor. We want to make sure Project managers can easily access projects and customers from any page in Qondor.

PROGRAM

IMPROVEMENTS TO PROGRAM

  • Removed the "Create Program" page. When you click New Program, you will now be taken directly to the Edit Program page.

  • Removed the "Edit details" page. All features are moved into the Edit Program page. 👇🏽

  • If the Info page contains no information it will automatically be unpublished on the Program.

Why?

It is now faster and more intuitive to create a program through improved navigation.

THE PAYMENT TEXTS MENU ITEM HAS MOVED UNDER THE SUMMARY SETTINGS MENU

Why?

This improvement makes it easier to find the relevant setting.

SOME PAYMENT SETTINGS HIDDEN UNLESS ENABLED

  • "Customer invoice fee" and "Booking change fee" has moved to their own sections and will be the only sections to display if Enable participant payments is not activated.

  • "General deposit", "CC fee" and "Participant invoice fee" settings will remain collapsed unless they are activated.

  • The "Type" dropdown has been removed from "Customer invoice fee" as it is only possible to choose "Amount".

Why?

This to ensure that the Project manager only sees what is relevant for them when enabling participant payments. This change provides a cleaner and more understandable view.

SUMMARY STEP: IMPROVEMENTS

  • "Review your choices before continuing” has been changed to ➡ “Review your choices”.

  • “Booking information” has been changed to ➡ “Personal info”.

  • “Accommodation” has been changed to ➡ “Rooming list”.

  • “Unbooked products” has been changed to ➡ “Declined”. The answer will also be displayed, not just the name of the products.

  • The "Details" heading has been removed above the products and the product name is displayed as the heading instead.

  • ViewBooking and the Booking PDF will reflect the same changes.

  • The service-table has a new heading "Overview".

Why?

To ensure the Summary step is easier for bookers to understand, especially in more complex scenarios where more products are included.
