A YOUTUBE VIDEO WILL ONLY SHOW SUGGESTED VIDEOS FROM THE SAME YOUTUBE CHANNEL

When a user has finished watching a YouTube video, YouTube displays suggested videos for the user to watch next. When a Project manager adds a video from YouTube into their offer or on a form frontpage, the suggested videos will only show videos from the same YouTube channel as the video added.

Why?

We received feedback from our customers that the type of suggested videos were making clients leave the offer. We want to make sure clients stay engaged and are enticed by your offers.

What's in it for me?

As the suggested videos will only show videos from that same YouTube channel, they will be more relevant to the offer or form and it looks much better.

"M" ICON ADDED TO PARTICIPANT WEB IN FORM ADMIN VIEW

In week 27's release, a "M" icon was added to indicate that a form element was mandatory to answer in Form builder. The same "M" icon as used in Form builder has been added to participant web with the yellow admin color. This is only visible to Project managers (form admins).

Why?

When Project managers are testing a form in admin view, they can clearly identify which elements / products are mandatory in the form.

What's in it for me?

In admin view, Project managers skip mandatory rules for ease when building the form, or in the case that they need to book on behalf of others. With the "M" icon, Project managers will always know which elements / products are mandatory, making it easier to book or make amendments.
