NUMBER OF TASKS "DUE TODAY" NOW VISIBLE WHEN LOGGING INTO QONDOR

When a Project manager logs into Qondor at the start of their workday, the number of tasks that are due on the day will be displayed.

Why?

We have had feedback from customers asking for this feature, and it makes sense to display this.

What's in it for me?

Project managers have a clear indication of how many tasks they have to complete for that day.

ADD, EDIT AND REMOVE CANCELLATION REASONS

If a project is set to cancelled, a cancellation reason must be given for reporting purposes. Qondor displays standard cancellation reasons from which the Project manager must select. Office admins and Super admins are now able to manage these for their business, and define cancellation reasons per office.

Why?

We have had a few requests where our customers have wanted to add or delete/deactivate cancellation reasons and it makes sense to be able to amend these to suit their business.

What's in it for me?

Office admins and Super admins have full control over cancellation reasons, which wasn't possible before. Reporting on cancellation reasons will be tailored to your business, allowing you to understand better why customers are cancelling.

INSIGHTS

IMPROVED WAY TO ACCESS INSIGHTS ON A CUSTOMER

We have removed the Insights tab on the customer card, and introduced a new button which takes the user to Insights with the selected customer in the filter.

Why?

To ensure Office admins and Super admins have a good overview of their customer insights.

What's in it for me?

Access Insights without having to go into the customer profile and view all insights in one place.
