RESERVATION INFORMATION AND FORM STEP NAVIGATION BUTTONS WILL REMAIN VISIBLE

The reservation information box (shopping cart) and the "Next" and "previous" buttons will always be visible on the form page no matter how far the booker scrolls on desktop.*

*On a mobile device, the reservation information has always been visible, now the back and next buttons will always be visible too.

Why?

If you have a form with a lot of products/options, the booker would need to scroll through the whole list of products to the bottom to navigate to the next step. The booker would also lose sight of their shopping cart when scrolling.

What's in it for me?

The booker can make their selection and easily move back and forth between steps, without having to scroll through all the products or options available. With the reservation information box always visible, the booker can easily view what is in their shopping cart no matter how far they scroll.

USE EMAIL BODY MERGE TAGS IN THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL SUBJECT

In week 35's release, we added merge tags to Form to enable Project managers to automatically include project information. Merge tags are available to add in the booking confirmation email body; it is now possible to include the same merge tags in the booking confirmation email subject line.

Why?

Project managers should be able to use all available merge tags anywhere in the email.

What's in it for me?

The subject line can be standardised for your office using the same merge tags that are available in the email body. Project managers can personalise the subject line for recipients.

How? To use the merge tags in the subject line, copy and paste the merge tag from the email body into the subject line.
