Week 35's release includes improvements to Qondor Forms.

MERGE TAGS ADDED TO FORM TO AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDE PROJECT INFORMATION

A merge tag is a label used to gather information and allow specific details to be automatically filled in. Merge tags have been added to the Forms module, so that Project managers can include project information in addition to participant information automatically.

Here is an example from the Personal details page, where merge tags to fill in form deadlines are being added. You can also see there are many form merge tags available:

The information is automatically collected and added to the form:

Why?

When copying projects with forms, Project managers would have to manually amend text/information in several places, as this would have been typed in. Now, if a form is copied into a new project, the merge tag will allow the information to be automatically updated.

💡 Create template projects and include Form merge tags to save time and standardise forms in your office.

EASIER FOR BOOKERS TO SWITCH BETWEEN CHOOSE BETWEEN PRODUCTS

Project managers can use choose between product types to present the booker with various options, from which the booker can only select one. Bookers can now easily switch between their choices, when choosing one of these options. 👇🏽

Why?

Up until now, if a booker has selected the wrong option, or changed their mind, they would have to deselect their choice to change their selection. This is time consuming for bookers. In allowing the booker to easily change their selection, it creates a better booking experience for your bookers.
