ENABLE ACCESS CODES ON FORM FRONT PAGES

If you are using Participant categories, you can enable codes per category to ensure only those who should register have access and that those categories register with the correct category. However, anyone was able to access the form front page if enabled. Now, you can control who has access to view and enter the form via the form front page with the access codes.

Why?

The option to use access codes gives you control over who should be able to view and access your form and also exclusivity for your bookers and attendees.

RENAME THE "RESERVATION INFORMATION" TERM ON FORMS TO SUIT YOUR BUSINESS

That's right! You can now choose what the heading "reservation information" should be - located top right on desktop in participant web - to suit your projects and business.

Why?

Forms are used for different purposes by our customers and therefore we want to make sure that you are not restricted to a term that does not translate well to your customers.

How?

Office admins and Super admins can go to Office Settings --> Translations --> PARTICIPANT WEB - RESERVATION INFORMATION. Here you can define the texts for the desired language.

PRODUCT TYPES AND CATEGORIES ADDED TO BOOKINGS --> ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS

💡 Product categories can be enabled from Office->Settings-> General-> Miscellaneous. Create product categories that are relevant to your business and connect them to existing product types. For example, if you need to know how many meeting rooms or rental cars your company rented the year before, you can create a category labelled "meeting rooms" or "rental cars", and you can even report on these. Why?

  • This allows you to better report on Product categories for all payments done through Qondor, allowing you to provide a complete report to customers using Product categories.

  • Additional payments was missing a Product category. This enables consistency across the platform, and prevents users from being exposed to irrelevant functions making it more user friendly.

How?

  • Select the relevant product using the product type icons in additional payments.

  • After selecting a product type you will need to select a Product category through a drop down menu.

"BILLING ADDRESS" FIELDS HAS BEEN ADDED AS AN OPTION IN DYNAMIC LIST OF BOOKINGS

When creating a dynamic list of bookings, you will see that the billing address fields are now available to add to this list. This will show the selected information in the lists.

Why?

This is to prevent a previous issue where the billing address overrode the booker address, if a payment was due in the booking. In several cases the addresses can differ, for instance a booker might want to register a company billing address. This information was lost when having to make a payment.

Another reason is to make the billing address optional to provide for bookers, this is useful in cases where the booker may want to use their personal address for billing as well and means they don't have to fill this information out twice.

Good to know:

  • Any existing lists (lists already created in projects) will have these fields migrated so there is nothing you need to do here.

  • Participant lists, Dynamic list of participants, and any participant specific view will no longer display an address unless it is a personal address.

  • Current projects that don't have booker fields published will no longer collect a booker address through the Billing address. If you need the booker's address, it should be collected together with their name, email address and so on.

OFFER CONFIRMATION EMAIL PDF ATTACHMENT IS NOW DISPLAYED FIRST

The Offer confirmation email customers receive after answering an offer, now displays the confirmation pdf first.

Why?

Previously, the confirmation pdf attachment was displayed after the terms and conditions pdf attachments and could be hard to notice. Following customer feedback, we moved the confirmation pdf to appear first in the order, as it is the most preferred and crucial information your customer will be looking for first.

It is now more easily available as it is first in the list of attachments.
