PROJECT SEARCH

FILTER ON TEAMS WHEN SEARCHING FOR PROJECTS

A Teams filter has been added to Project search.

Why?

If your organisation/office uses Teams, but not all Project managers belonged to a team, it was not possible to identify all projects connected to a team. We received feedback that this search filter was needed.

What's in it for me?

It is now possible to search for projects related to a team, making it easier to identify and manage a team's projects.

FORM

DETAILS SECTION HIDDEN FROM FORM IF THERE IS NO SPECIFICATION

The details section for a product will be hidden from the summary step on forms, if it doesn't contain any specification and the booking is a single booking.

Before After

Why?

Showing the details section is unnecessary if there is no more information to display other than the product name itself. This lead to repetitive information being displayed on the summary step on a form.

What's in it for me?
Forms are simpler for bookers/participants to understand what they have booked, and they only see the information they need to.

QONDOR INFORMS WHICH PROJECT A DUPLICATE SHORTLINK IS IN USE IN

Why?

Previously, Qondor would inform if a shortlink was already in use in a different project, but did not indicate which project it was in use in. Now, Project managers can see which project the shortlink is being used in.

What's in it for me?

It is now now easy to identify where a shortlink is in use.

❗ Be mindful when changing a shortlink that has already been distributed for a live form.

📌 Shortlinks can be added in Form settings.

"PRICE" TEXT BESIDE PRICES REMOVED FROM FORM PARTICIPANT WEB

The text "Price" in front of every price in a Form has been removed, so for forms with prices, bookers will only see the price itself instead of Price: EUR xxx 👇

Before After

Why?
The text "Price" is unnecessary, as the price itself is clear.

What's in it for me?

More modern, cleaner and better design on your forms.

PROJECT MANAGER EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER MERGE TAGS ADDED

In week 14's release, we added merge tags to all text editors in Offers. We have now added merge tags to enable the Project manager's email address and phone number to be filled in.

What's in it for me?

Merge tags are useful to create personalised offers and automatically input information. The Project manager's email address and phone number is relevant information and saves the Project manager having to manually input these details each time.

Read more about using merge tags here.
